Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project life-cycle-initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Projects include expanding payment options, onboarding and integrating vendors, improving processes, and launching new features.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, risk, compliance, finance).
  • Facilitate smooth communication and decision-making by keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Research: conduct targeted research to support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Maintain and improve internal knowledge assets

Candidates with suitable education for the position

  • University education (Bachelor’s degree)
  • University education (Master’s degree)
  • Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

  • English – Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • You’re methodical, organized, and communicate with clarity.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and you don’t wait for directions or to be pushed.
  • You’re comfortable working with both business and technical topics. A technical background is a plus, but what matters most is the willingness and curiosity to learn what you don’t know.
  • You collaborate easily with others – from product managers and developers to compliance and commercial teams – and you know how to keep everyone on the same page.
  • You can handle multiple parallel projects without losing focus.
  • You have excellent command of the English language.
